I’m Evan Leah Quinn - you can call me Ev. I’m a queer + auDHD multidisciplinary artist and creative life coach living in Hallowell, Maine.

I’m in my early 40s and a solo (widowed) mom to a little boy called Day. I’m repartnered to fellow artist & loveliest human, Aiden.

By day, I also run a tiny web design + digital marketing studio.

why i’m here & what i’ll be sharing

I’m using this site as
a.) a digital world (a la kening zhu) and,
b.) an alternative to patreon or substack.

I built this site because I wanted a dedicated space outside of social media to share what I’m working on + interested in. I also want it to be a cozy hub for supporters & fellow creatives, and the opportunity to experiment with the energy exchange of being compensated for my creative explorations as this space grows & evolves.

as an artist

I work primarily in abstract mixed media (watercolor and gouache are my true loves), but I also dabble in linocut, quilting, weaving, embroidery, and - most recently! - woodworking and home diy.

I will be sharing: works in progress, slice of life photography, journaling, books & supplies, link round-ups, voice notes, and generally any other behind-the-scenes bits of inspiration & motivation as they happen.
